Halloween is one of the busiest nights in many neighborhoods in our valley. Hundreds of kids and their parents wander from street to street in search of a safe place for the best candy. We are connecting with our neighbors by being “Lighted Stops" throughout the SCV (and beyond) along the candy routes.
