Growth Groups
What is a Growth Group?
A Growth Group is a group of two or three (maybe four) people of the same gender who meet together regularly in a team effort to mutually grow mature lives and fulfill their God-given purposes.
What can you expect from a Growth Group?

How can we pray for one another this week?
How do I get into a Growth Group?
The best way to find these types of friendships that can turn into Growth Groups is in the context of community. Joining a weekly Community Group, attending men's/women's events and participating in serving can all provide opportunities to meet and connect with people in ways that can lead to trusted relationships and true accountability.
Why aren’t Growth Groups larger?
Comfort It’s easier to speak openly with two or three people.
Relationship It’s easier to build trusting relationships with fewer people.
Privacy It’s easier to keep things confidential – which is a must!
Flexibility It’s easier to schedule and reschedule.
Time It’s easier to “connect” with two or three others within an hour.
Reproducibility It’s easier to multiply when the group grows to solid four.
